During a median follow-up of 48 months, 695 therapies were recorded: 62% anti-tachycardia pacing (ATP) and 38% shocks with a predominance of appropriate therapies (87.8%).The incidence of therapies was 4.72 therapies/patient-year at 1 year, 3.28 therapies/patient-year at 3 years and 0.78 therapies/patient-year at 5 years. In multivariate analysis, the independent predictors of death were inappropriate therapy (RR = 1.102 with a 95% CI of (1.026-1.184), p=0.008), ischemic heart disease (RR = 2.965 with a 95% CI of (0.931-9.444), p=0.066), and LVEF less than 29% (RR = 2.340 with a 95% CI of (0.942-5.809), p=0.067).
