Jamie Bennett was born and raised in Virginia, leaving only temporarily to study medicine at West Virginia University. She has been a 911 operator, law enforcement officer, major crimes detective, functional nutritional therapy practitioner (FNTP), and author. She now directs a large team of health coaches and builds self-paced programs for optimal wellness using her proprietary process, The Wellness Model¿. When Jamie is not helping others regain their health, she can be found at the local CrossFit gym or playing board games with her family.
