Due to the depletion of fossil fuels and increased air pollution, which causes global warming and adverse effects on humans and the environment, the world is moving toward electric vehicles and chemical batteries. However, there are a number of drawbacks including issues with batteries. Battery In modern electric and hybrid electric cars, thermal management is an important management system. Due to their rapid charging and discharging, electric vehicles have a high demand for heat management systems. Electric car producers are now facing significant challenges. To address this issue, we propose adding a battery cooling system. . We want to focus more on components that we used to remove the most amount of heat from the battery in order to achieve an effective cooling system. The usual cooling approach is a forced air-cooling system, but this is insufficient for quick charging batteries. To deal with these issues, we'll employ Composite graphite Silica gel, which has a better thermal conductivity than graphite but is less expensive. These composite plates hold copper cooling tubes in place. Copper is used in these tubes because of its excellent thermal conductivity.
