Dr. Biswas received his PhD in Mechanical Engg. from NIT Silchar in 2010. He worked on vertical axis wind turbines using experimental and computational methods. He is working as Asstt. Professor in NIT Silchar since Nov 2012. He is a Associate Member of Institute of Engineers(India).
