Autorenporträt
Monica McGue's inspiration to write children's books comes from Georgette, a white West Highland Terrier that was part of her family for fourteen years. Georgette's kind and accepting behavior was a constant reminder to Monica that inclusiveness is a crucial part of connection and community. Monica's underlying message is for the reader to experience laughter and joy with her characters and feel the importance of kindness.
