Having spent most of his life working for his family's hotel business, Jeff Evans is now retired. He attended Berklee College of Music for five semesters and has performed in many local bands. He is the inventor of the Slapstik, a drumstick with a flexible tip; as well as the Sanddigger Jig, a fishing lure. He spent seventeen seasons as a small boat captain commercial fishing for striped bass, bluefish, and bluefin tuna.
