Carlos Nóbrega is an artist with a Ph.D. in Interactive Arts from The Planetary Collegium, University of Plymouth ¿ UK, M.A in Communication from ECO¿UFRJ¿Brazil and Bachelor in Engraving from EBA¿UFRJ¿Brazil, University in which he currently holds a position as Assistant Professor and coordinates the Nucleous of Art and New Organisms ¿ NANO.
