Rebecca John is the grandaughter of Augustus John. She is a celebrated botanical painter whose work has been exhibited widely in the UK and the US and also in Italy and Japan. Her work is represented in the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, in the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff, and in private collections worldwide. With Michael Holroyd, she edited the letters of her grandmother, Ida John, published in 2017 as The Good Bohemian.
