interpretation of Emily Dickinson s poems. It
attempts to rediscover these original poems which
got lost for 100 years, in the moment their
publication began.
Nowadays technology provides us
the possibility to have direct access to the
faithful copies of her original poems in digital
form, this is the beginning of the actual study of
her poems.
Thus, the present analysis addresses both graduate
and undergraduate students, and anyone else who
might be interested in 19th century American

Nagy Géza Attila received his BA degree at Partium Christian
University, Oradea and is currently a first year Masters student
at West University of Timisoara studying Creative Writing. Areas
of interest: 19th century American literature, the
relationship between (hand)written and published literature, as
