ABDUL GHAFUR FAIZ was born and raised in the city of New York. Born on July 7,1949 in Brooklyn New York, was raised in Brooklyn the Bronx and Harlem New York in Manhattan. Attended the Lewis D. Brandeis High School in Manhattan NY. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs NY on April 17, 1980. Author was a candidate for the EDM degree in counseling psychology. Author attended the following graduate schools; Bankstreet Graduate College of Education, Teachers College -Columbia University, Fordham University in Lincoln Center Campus in Manhattan and John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan NY. Author is a retired law enforcement officer in NY, was a New York State Parole Officer, New York and New Jersey State Correctional Officer and a Guidance Counselor at Junior High School. Author has a total of 33 years of professional work experience. Currently, author has written 72 stories. The book "Those Who Could Have Been Kings and Queens" is the first of the many to be published.
