It is comprised of capacity to understand and realize the impact of one's thoughts, words and actions on others' (individuals', groups', and nations') survival, dignity and development in time (days, weeks, months or years) and space (geographical land with or without human beings). Dr. Musarrat Jabeen serves as Associate professor of International Relations at National Defence University (NDU) Islamabad. She has received her Ph. D from the University of Karachi, in 2004, titled, "International Institutions and the Challenge of Sustainable Development in Balochistan Since 1990". She has several research publications and has participated in various international conferences. She accomplished fellowships at LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development affiliated with Imperial Wey College London), IRS (Institute of Regional Studies-Islamabad), and Defense and Strategic Studies Dept., Quaid-a-Azam University Islamabad and LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences). She has honor to teach in University of Balochistan Quetta, National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Abbottabad. She has been conducting seminars on, "Ethical Fitness". Her experience as scholar of International Relations, Sustainable development, Governance, Energy Security, Conflict management, Business Ethics made her to bounce into, "Thoughtful Intelligence: A Practical Guide for Moral Development".
