Milan MARCINEK, PhD. (1965) has been a lecturer at the Department of Public Administration and Crisis Management at Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava (Slovakia) since 2009. He has been the author and co-author of several academic publications, exercises books, studies, articles and research projects in Slovakia and abroad.
