Derek Parsons' poetry has been featured in a number of publications, including Rattle, The Allegheny Review, The Red Wheelbarrow, and Quirk. He lives outside of Houston with his beautiful wife, a multitude of cats and dogs, and teaches history to high school students. "Three" is his first published collection of Poetry.
