Michael Dam has over twenty five years of experience and knowledge on addressing business and career challenges. In his professional career, he has worked in many different disciplines, including Engineering, Product Management, Business/Strategy Planning, Strategic Pricing, Demand Forecasting and Business Analytics. During his years working for major multi-national companies, he has held various management positions, from first line manager to Senior Director and worked closely with many high level management executives, including serving as Chief of Staff to a Senior Vice President of NetApp, a Fortune 500 company. During his management career, he was recognized as an outstanding people manager by his employees, peers and executives. Many of his employees have gone to become high-level executives of world class companies. To fulfill his passion for teaching, he taught college business classes as an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University. For the last several years, he has volunteered his time conducting regular workshops to help college students develop job skills and prepare for their professional career after graduation. His educational achievements include Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). He was selected by Hewlett-Packard Company for the prestigious Accelerated Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University. As an entrepreneur, he has provided consulting services to several high-tech companies. In addition, he co-founded and has been managing a successful commercial real estate company since 2007. He obtained his California Real Estate Broker License in 2014.
