This comprehensive treatise details the structure, biochemistry, and physiology of thrombin, including detailed three-dimensional X-ray structures of inhibited human thrombin complexes. It is both well-illustrated and well-referenced to provide the physiologist and the biochemist with a first-rate sourcebook.
