Barbara Jean Franklin, ASC, is a member of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ religious order. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Saint Louis University and master's degrees in educational administration and supervision, and in adult Christian community development from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and Regis University, respectively.
