Troy O'Brien lives in Williston, Vermont. He does construction work in framing and masonry. Troy attended the University of Vermont and recieved a BA in Economics. He also attended Harvard Graduate School for International Security. This is his first publication. He can be reached through his Facebook account and would appreciate any feedback.
