Ray Waters is a professional speaker, author and syndicated columnist who specializes in improving personal growth and organizational performance. He believes change is possible for everyone and commitment to self-improvement drives success. Ray lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Jane, who is his best friend. They are the proud parents of three grown children and eight beautiful grandchildren, who affectionately call them Big and Mimi. Ray is also proud of his role as the founder of The Village, a multicultural, inclusive Christian fellowship in Atlanta.
