L.A. Meredith is an award-winning author of three books and numerous essays, including a memoir that has been adapted into a TV movie. With three decades of experience in Alaska's justice system, she now calls East Tennessee home, where she serves as a professional speaker and adjunct faculty member at a local college. Passionate about resilience and recovery, she hosts the popular Persistence U Podcast, dedicated to helping others overcome trauma and embrace strength through the power of storytelling.
