Rebecca Walker is a writer, speaker, and activist, among many other things. She has written a number of bestselling books on subjects ranging from intersectional feminism to multiracial identity and has developed film and television projects with Warner Brothers, NBCUniversal, Amazon, HBO, and Paramount. She speaks regularly at institutions such as universities and museums across the United States and internationally. She is also the daughter of Alice Walker, the author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Color Purple.
