""I originally was introduced to poetry during my A-Level studies and experienced writing my own from time to time. I never properly got into it until my first trip to Southern Africa in 2018, here I was inspired by the locals, the other fellow travellers and the stunning landscapes. I returned to Eastern Africa in 2019 and was inspired once again. Other inspirations include: music, local landscapes, literature and nature. I completed a degree in English Language and returned to education to complete my PGCE in Secondary English. In September 2021, I began my career as an English teacher and write poetry when I can.""
