O Dr. WANG recebeu o doutoramento da Universidade de Xi'an Jiaotong, China, em 2011. Desde então, tem sido investigador no Instituto de Óptica e Mecânica de Precisão de Xi'an, Academia Chinesa de Ciências. O Prof.KANG recebeu o grau de mestre da Northwestern University, China em 2008. Doravante, tem sido professora a tempo inteiro na Universidade de Engenharia da Força Aérea.
