Bonita is an award-winning American author of historical and contemporary romance. Her first published novel, Time of the Rose (1994 Dorchester/Leisure Books), was a finalist for the HOLT Medallion. The 2nd Edition of Time of the Rose with new material and *BONUS* Epilogue is now available. After having spent two years traveling the United States in a 40-foot RV, Bonita now lives near the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach in Florida. She has a background in the travel industry, therapeutic horseback riding instruction, law enforcement, and is Mom to four incredible humans. Her very favorite things (besides books) are dogs, horses, and bears, which frequently play notable characters in her stories.
