Irene J. Steele, a native of Chicago, is a counselor for an educational outreach program in Alabama. Her work has appeared in the anthology "West Side Stories" and in the collection "Writings by the West Side Writers Guild." She resides in a suburb of Huntsville with her husband, Tony. "Timothy Talks to Jesus" is Irene's first children's book. She published her debut novel, "Some Glad Morning," in 2007.
