The ability of special children depends on the training and support which they receive from teachers. Moral of special teachers should be high enough for successful teaching. The physical and emotional demands of the job cause teachers to leave the job. Thus there is a chronicle shortage of special school teachers. The lack of qualified special education teachers threatens the quality of education which the students with disability receive. This project is basically aimed to understand the key problems and level of stress among special education teachers. For this, different special schools were surveyed and data were collected with the help of appropriate tools. On the basis of this analysis, suggestive measures recommended with the aim to improve the standard of special education.
