In vitro propagation through callogenesis, organogenesis and total yield was studied and also observed the antimicrobial effect of Clitoria tenatea L. extracts. For callogenesis and organogenessis different combinations of auxin (2,4-D, NAA) and cytokinin (BAP, Kinetin) were examined. Against all bacterial and fungal strains the zone of inhibition of in vivo leaves extracts was more than in vitro leaves extracts.
