To compare the effect of Tranzberger exercises and Pilates in strengthening of pelvic floor muscles and Quality of life in women with urinary incontinence.According to WHO urinary incontinence is the Global tranzberger exercises are used to retrain weak pelvic floor muscles by using swiss ball , Tranzberger exercise concept found by Renate Tranzberger a German physical therapist.Pilates is a body conditioning method formed by Joseph Pilates,it contains 500 stretching and strengthening exercises.
