ALEJANDRO NATAL has a PhD on Development Studies by The London School of Economics. He is Director of the Department of Social Processes at the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana in Mexico, has been Fulbright Scholar 2008-2009, National Researcher (SNI 1) 2007-2009 and had the McNamara Fellowship by The World Bank in 1997. alejandronat@gmail.com
