This book relates to an empirical study from Rajasthan Health System Development Project a world bank aided project to Rajasthan Government. Human resource management ensures effectiveness and quality in staff performance to meet the health related objectives. It can be concluded that Human resources for health is a vital resource to run the system. The issues like staffing are the basic one. Simultaneously, working conditions needs attention. In rural areas, lack of staff may be due to poor working conditions. So just investing amount on Healthcare infrastructure is not enough but what is require that proper planning and focus on HR needs of the Organization.
