In view of this, each government organization should invest time as well as money to groom new beginners or joiners, make them a corporate ready material with the existing employees. Actually, most of the government organization is completely at loss when the employees leave their job once they are fully trained (e.g. hospital to administrative job). In this regard, various measures should be taken so that an individual stays in a government organization for the maximum period of time. This study was to establish that employee retention played a significant role on job performance. Thus, there is major need to provide and given better career counseling, training including career advancement and development for those productive employees with in the hospital and retained it for longer period of time. Furthermore, this type of study generates lot of interest with respect to employee retention and concerned with their job performance in hospital.
