Dr. Arto Hamalainen, a Finnish Pentecostal Mission Director and missiologist, is chairman of the World Missions Commission of the Pentecostal World Fellowship (PWF), chairman of the Africa Pentecostal Mission Fellowship (APMF) and chairman of the Pentecostal Commission on the Religious Liberty (PCRL). He is holder of the Arto Hamalainen chair of the Mission Studies in the Continental Theological Seminary (CTS) in Belgium and is an Adjunct Faculty Member of the Global University ( hing ministry has taken place in about 60 countries. Dr Ulf Strohbehn, originally from Germany, is married to Kirsi with three daughters. He is a theologian and cultural anthropologist working with Fida International, the mission and development organization of the Finnish Pentecostal Churches. He has an international teaching ministry that helps local partners to start their own Bible and Mission Schools, for example, in Russia, Kosovo, Papua New Guinea, DR Congo, Malawi and Iraq. His published work focuses on church history, on the interplay of culture and religion and on spiritual formation.
