Created by Ester van den Berg, a starred reviewed author by School Library Journal, this charming book offers an engaging glimpse into the world surrounding them. Out and about with Mommy! Mommy Kangaroo carries her little one in her pouch, Mommy Crocodile carries her little one in her mouth, and Mommy Chicken leads her little ones through the meadow. With its delightful storyline and adorable illustrations, To The Other Side with Mommy is a must-have for gifting young children and inspiring them to explore the world around them. Autorenporträt
Esther van den Berg studied illustration at the Art Academy in Kampen, the Netherlands, where she studied etching and other types of printmaking. Currently she makes most of her illustrations digitally. Because of her artisanal background, Esther is always looking for a hand-painted feeling in her digital work. Her prints are atmospheric, with an eye for detail and often with a humorous wink.
