Basim Jubair, born in 1984, Najaf-Iraq. Has a B.A. inEnglish Language and Literature, and a M.A. in English Language and Linguistics. He has taught classes of English and translated many research papers and books. Presently,he is a lecturer at the department of English at theIslamic University College.
