Essay from the year 2011 in the subject Philosophy - General Essays, Eras, grade: A-, ICFAI IBS Business School Hyderabad, course: Theory of Knowledge, language: English, abstract: Evidence is any piece of "information that supports a conclusion". Belief on the other hand, is the root cause for our way of thinking, while faith, according to St Paul is, "the conviction of things hoped for and the assurance of things not seen". To do so, the paper cites examples from history, the natural sciences and the social sciences.
