Toby Lee Gowin (born March 30, 1975 in Jacksonville, Texas) is an American football punter in the National Football League. He is currently a free agent. He played college football at the University of North Texas.Gowin attended Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Texas and won All-District honors, All-East Texas honors, and All-State honors as a kicker.The National Football League (NFL) is the highest level of professional American football. It was formed by eleven teams in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association, with the league changing its name to the National Football League in 1922.
