Frazier (born February 12, 1986) is a minor league baseball outfielder. Frazier is a 6''4, 220lb, right-handed shortstop in college, who started 2009 as an outfielder.Frazier first gained fame for leading Toms River, New Jersey to victory in the 1998 Little League World Series. He played his high school ball at Toms River High School South. Frazier played in college for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. In 2007, he started all 63 games for Rutgers, putting up a .377 batting average, a .502 on-base percentage, and a .757 slugging percentage. He won Big East player of the year in 2007 and was named a Rivals.com All-American.
