Glen Witter, whose pen name is C. Edgar North, has written seven different action, thriller, and espionage novels. His collection of novels include: "Nighthawk: Crossing", "Nighthawk: African Ice", "Nighthawk: Chief Hazel", "Blood, Fire, and Ice", "Nighthawk: The Deacon", "The Art Flogger, and "Todd's Guardians.." North lives in Summerland and, of course, local geography and situations pop up in many of the novels. "Nighthawk Crossing" is the first in a four-part series featuring high-level smuggling. Blood, Fire, and Ice, on the other hand concerns "Big Oil" trying to stifle some Arctic researchers. "The Art Flogger" follows the adventurous life of a fine art auctioneer who tangles with a drug cartel. Todd's Guardians is a spy story based in exotic Thailand in the late 1970's.
