Floyd follows up her first book with Arcadia Publishing on Toledo history, Toledo: The 19th Century, with this second volume, which explores the history of Toledo in the 20th century. Floyd is the director of the Ward M. Canaday Center for Special Collections and university archivist at the University of Toledo.
