Catriona McKinnon is a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Reading. She is the author of Liberalism and the Defence of Political Constructivism (2002), and co-editor of The Culture of Toleration in Diverse Societies: Reasonable Tolerance (2003) and The Demands of Citizenship (2000).
