Stephen J Ward is the creator of the World of Togger, where 'The Greatest Togger Story Ever Told' occurred. Drawing on his experience as a Togger player which led to an opportunity to play amateur football, added to his time as an archaeologist and his natural talent for drawing through a creative mind, Thrifty MacFlash and Tommi Harto were born to play their part in the greatest togger story ever told.
