Art Anthony was born and raised in Goose Creek, Texas. After serving in the Army he worked in agriculture manufacturing and marketing 12 years. He then spent 31 years in education that included 10 years as superintendent of South Fork School District in Kincaid, IL. He has a BS from Sam Houston U. Two advanced degrees from Eastern IL. U. He is married, has four children, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren.This is his fourth Western novel.
