Born in Fairhope, Alabama, Dr. Bracy has lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for over twenty-five years. He earned his BA at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, after an associate's degree from the Milwaukee Area Technical College. His master's degree and doctorate, both in clinical psychology, were earned at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Bracy is now in private practice in the Milwaukee area and is a consulting psychologist as well."Black teenagers have been killing each other at an alarming rate in major cities across the United States," Dr. Bracy says. "Because of these murders, we are losing some of our most precious natural resources (the children).
