Pablo Gonzalez Isaza, MD, Urogynecologist, is private consultant board certified of advanced Female Pelvic Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery. He is president and founder of the Asociacion de Ginecologos Esteticos Colombianos (AGEOC) and pioneer of Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery in Colombia. Dr. Isaza is also an assistant professor and coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Aesthetic and Functional Gynecology and Cosmetic Genital Surgery of Women at Institute of Continuing Education from Universidad de Barcelona. His interest's areas are labia minora hypertrophy and anatomical variants treatment and he had proposed a classification and written the first series of labia minora hypertrophy treatment with multi pulsed CO2 laser.  Dr. Isaza is author and coauthor of scientific articles and book chapters related to Cosmetic and Reconstructive Gynecology. He has 15 years of experience and has trained more than 300 gynecologist and plastic surgeons around the world with the use of laser in Cosmetic Gynecology. Rafael Sanchez-Borrego, MD, specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics, is the Medical Director of DIATROS, Woman's Clinic at Barcelona (Spain). He has a diploma in Hospital Management from the School of Business Administration and Management (ESADE) in Spain and is accredited as a Researcher of the Clinical Research Management Agency (AGICAP) of Catalonia. He is also member of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics (SEGO); advisor and external evaluator of the Scientific Commission at the same institution. Dr. Sanchez-Borrego is Founding Member of the Spanish Society of Contraception; Past-President of the Spanish Association for the Study of Menopause; Founding member and president of the Spanish Foundation for the Study of Menopause. He is director of the Postgraduate Course in Aesthetic and Functional Gynecology and Cosmetic Genital Surgery of Women, Institute of Continuing Education, Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). He is also Member of the Editorial Committee and Committee of Experts in national and international journals; participated in Clinical Trials, Phase II, Phase III, Post-marketing; and researches on Endocrinology, Gynecology, Osteoporosis and Mineral Metabolism as principal investigator.
