Author is working as Assistant Professor in Government Arts College(A), Karur, Tamilnadu. He is having 19 years of teaching experience and 13 years of research experience, he published more than 124 research papers in leading national/international journals, produced 9 M.Phil, guided 11 M.Sc projects. Attended 50 conferences.
