With availability of high end computers and other soft computing methods, torsional parameters are now calculated accurately. With passing of age, the distressed structures need to be strengthened. FRP is now a days used as best strengthening material. Due to its cost effectiveness, FRP wrapping may not be suitable for developing countries.Why this book? This book is just a manual to calculate the torsional parameters when a structure is wrapped with some wrapping material particularly when the material is ferrocement.
