Libraries adopt management techniques to give their best in the form of services and products to its users. But, it is very difficult to give best products and services. Therefore, it is necessary for library and information professionals to understand core concepts, methods and techniques used in TQM. The book is to examine the application of Total Quality Management in University Libraries of India and to measures the perception of users as they relate to quality of information products and services, and to determine how far the libraries has succeeded in delivering such services to its users.
