The author is a Romanian lawyer, with more than 20 years practice in international business law.He is PhD. in Law, Master in European Social Law, with postgraduate studies at The Romanian-French Law Institute ¿Nicolae Titulescu - Henri Capitant¿, specialization ¿Business Law¿.He is also author and co-author of over 25 books and articles.
