Thus, the cross sectional comparative analysis was proposed to investigate the overall development of tourism in Turkey and Kazakhstan. Thus, the work is set to provide organizations and country's building relationships with the understanding on Hotel Business Management and the potential value derive and gainful to both Kazakhstan and Turkey.

Almaz R. Sandybayev is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia, Cyprus. Studied MBA at HEC Business School (France) and Ph.D. in Business Management at American University (Cyprus). Served as a senior consultant and regional representative in diversified companies and corps.
