This book is the first attempt to link customer education to tourism. Moreover, it is a pioneer study about the tourism industry in Lebanon under political instability. The methodological approach merged quantitative approach with experimental testing. The results unveiled interesting findings summarized in the negative correlation between correlation and the willingness of tourists to visit a risky destination although original readings suggested otherwise.
