Tawseef Yousuf, é Doutorando (Ph.D.) no Departamento de Geografia e Gestão de Catástrofes, Universidade de Caxemira sob a supervisão do Dr. Shamim A. Shah. Ele tem o seu mestrado em Geografia. Ele qualificou a UGC-JRF juntamente com a UGC-NET e a SLET neste assunto. O Dr Shamim A. Shah é Professor Associado na KU e conhecido especialista em Geografia Turística.
